Custom Crystal growth is one of the most important services that Lattice Materials offers. We can grow single crystal up to 10.5 inches, and poly crystal up to 13 inches in diameter with whatever resistivity and transmission you need. Custom resitivity and custom transmission are extremely important for many applications including heated windows, radar signature diffussing panels and many other infrared optical applications. |
