Terms & Conditions of Sale:
  • All bids must be submitted by item before 5:00pm, Mountain Daylight Time, March 27, 2009.
  • If you have been awarded an item, a prepayment is required by wire transfer in USD by 5:00pm Mountain Daylight Time on April 6, 2009.
  • Lattice Materials LLC reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
  • All material is sold as is and all sales are final
  • Bidders will be given the opportunity to inspect the material up until 5:00pm Mountain Daylight Time on March 25, 2009. Inspections must be scheduled with russp@latticematerials.com.
  • All bidders will be informed on the results of the auction by 5:00pm Mountain Daylight Time on April 1, 2009
  • Preference will be given to companies willing to provide silicon products (i.e. ingots, scrap) or services (ingot growth) to Lattice Materials in 2009 at competitive prices.
  • Partial item bids will not be accepted.
  • Material is offered EXW Lattice Materials LLC facility, Bozeman, Montana USA.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw any item prior to the commencement of the auction.
  • Lattice Materials LLC reserves the right to set a minimum reserve price for any or all of the products offered.
  • Buyer shall coordinate shipping and notify seller of pick-up date five (5) days prior to the scheduled shipment date.  All shipments should occur on or before April 30, 2009.  
  • The buyer will incur a 1% storage fee for all material remaining after April 30, 2009.  In the absence of shipping instructions 30 days after wire transfer has been received, seller will choose a carrier and ship to the address on the invoice at the buyer’s expense.
